No, on kriyakiya one person can only create one account. Creating multiple accounts violates our terms and conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended or closed. We detect duplicate accounts using IP address, device ID and other information.

If you have accidentally created multiple accounts, contact our customer support immediately. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

If you have forgotten your password, on the Login page Click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link. It may take 5-10 minutes to receive the email — check your spam/junk folder as well.

Click the link to set a new password. Your new password should be at least 8 characters long and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. If you do not receive the reset email, contact our customer support.

Log in to your account and go to "Settings" or "Profile" options. There you can update your personal information, contact details, password and security settings. Some information (such as name and date of birth) cannot be changed after verification. In such cases, contact customer support.

If you change your email address or mobile number, you'll need to verify the new email or number. For security, we keep records of all changes and notify you if we detect suspicious activity.

Your account may be locked for several reasons:

• Incorrect password: After 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts, the account will be locked for 15 minutes
• Suspicious activity: Unusual login or betting patterns detected
• Verification required: Some features are locked until KYC is completed
• Terms violation: Violation of our terms and conditions

Common reasons for withdrawal rejection:
